5 Mindful Minutes with Mindful Mastery

For moments when you need to come home to yourself.

This five-minute practice is an invitation to pause and reconnect — no apps, no pressure, just presence. You can do it anywhere, any time.

1. ARRIVE (1 minute)

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Notice your feet on the ground — the quiet weight of being here.

Let your breath move naturally.

2. NOTICE (1 minute)

Feel into your body.

Where is there ease?

Where is there holding?

You don’t need to fix anything — just notice.

3. APPRECIATE (1 minute)

Think of one small thing — sunlight on your face, a deep breath, a kind word.

Let gratitude fill your chest like warm air.

4. RELEASE (1 minute)

Exhale what feels heavy or stale.

Imagine it leaving your body, like dust carried off by the wind.

5. INTEND (1 minute)

Ask gently: What do I need right now?

Let your breath carry that intention into the next moment.

Reflect: What shifted for you in these five minutes?
